PLAYS HOST TO THE FIRST TEQUILA INSPIRED BY IRELAND

Ketchum, Idaho and Austin, Texas (March 10th, 2024) – Irlandés Tequila, the first Tequila
inspired by Ireland launches at the 24th Annual Sun Valley Film Festival. This year’s festival
celebrated a range of narrative feature films, documentaries and short films. Irlandés hosted the
festival’s brands and entertainment panel featuring a range of innovators including
Brand/Entertainment Venture Executive, Will Ward, Idaho Local Brand/Content Innovator, Cory
Smith and moderated by former Weiden & Kennedy Advertising Agency CEO, David Luhr.

their fellow brothers in arms in the Mexican army, not only demonstrates the spirit of unity by
which the brand was founded, but shows what two great countries coming together can do. Our

Churubusco in 1847. The first of its kind, bringing together the rich heritage of Ireland and the

At the Sun Valley Film Festival, Irlandés Tequila was in esteemed company joining leading
global brands such as Stella Artois and National Geographic. The festival, known for its focus
on storytelling, was a perfect platform for Irlandés to share its unique narrative. The brand’s
presence was further amplified by the special screening of “American Hustle” and the
recognition of famed producer, Ted Hope, with the Pioneer Award.
Irlandés Tequila pays homage to the brave soldiers of the Irish San Patricios Battalion. In 1847,
these soldiers journeyed to Mexico to fight alongside the courageous young Mexican soldiers
and the Los Niños Heroes, The Heroic Sons. This historic alliance, a testament to bravery and
unity forms the heart of Irlandés Tequila’s story.
Celebrating gallantry, grit and courage, Irlandés Tequila is original, authentic and made from the
finest ripe mature agave, combined with pure sacred water from St. Patrick’s Well and naturally
